Product Description:

This production line is designed for manufacturing various types of PVC sheets, including PVC free foam sheets, PVC rigid sheets, PVC flexible sheets, and transparent sheets.

The equipment mainly consists of a conical twin-screw extruder, mould, three-roller calender, cooling bracket, haul-off unit, cutting machine, and stacking device.
The screws, barrels, and moulds are independently designed by the company and precisely manufactured using high-performance materials to ensure uniform plasticization, stable extrusion, high output, and long service life.

500/1000 Mixer → Auto Loader → SJSZ80/156 Conical Twin Screw Extruder → Mould → Three-Roller Calender → Cooling Bracket → Haul-off Machine → Cutter
