Product Introduction

The PVC calendered floor mat and floor leather production line is a highly versatile manufacturing system capable of producing high-quality calendered products with thicknesses ranging from 0.3 to 2 millimeters and widths between 1220 and 2000 millimeters. This production line can be customized according to specific customer requirements. By simply changing the embossing rollers, it can easily produce floor mats in a variety of styles, including copper coin patterns, checkered designs, tooth shapes, diamond shapes, stripes, and dot patterns. Additionally, the production line is equipped with a slitting device for manufacturing special products such as tank chain floor mats, inner hexagonal hollow floor mats, and silk ring automotive floor mats. It also features a laminating function for efficient production of floor leather and composite carpets.
